Cancellation, Refund, and Substitution Policy
All cancellations must be sent in writing. Prepaid registrations fees are refundable, minus a US $100 process fee if notification is received by midnight ET, April 3, 2012. A 50% refund of the pre-paid registration fee will be given if notification is received between April 4, 2012 and midnight, April 24, 2012. Cancellations after midnight ET, April 24, 2012 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee; however, a substitute registrant will be accepted.
Transfer of registration is permitted prior to the conference and on-site to another individual from the same firm. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with the transfer as well as updating any contact information in writing.
