Corporate/Utility/Organization/Government/Academic Membership

Eligibility: Any business, utility, nonprofit, government, or academic entity that meets the membership eligibility requirements set forth in Section 1, and supports the vision, mission and activities of the Corporation shall be eligible to apply to become a Full Member of the Corporation. Designated representatives of Full Members are eligible to serve on the Board of Directors, vote for directors, join Advisory Committees and Working Groups, and participate fully in Corporation activities.

Individual/Student Membership

Elegibility:

• Individual: Any sole proprietor or otherwise self-employed individual that has no affiliation to an entity that would be eligible for a Full Membership, and that supports the vision, mission and activities of the Corporation, shall be eligible to apply as an Individual Member.
• Student:  Any full-time undergraduate or graduate student that supports the vision, mission and activities of the Corporation shall be eligible to apply as a Student Member.

DUES SCHEDULE:

ESA dues are billed on an annual basis.  Dues are pro-rates on a monthly for new members that join throughout the year.

PAYMENT:
An invoice will be provided for payment of the appropriate annual dues.  Payment may be provided by check, credit card, or wire transfer.  Payments terms are net 30 days.
